Striking and highly unusual vintage full-length mirror with a warm pine frame and distinctive segmented geometric mirror glass.
Measuring 140 cm high × 60 cm wide, the mirror is composed of individual mirrored sections arranged in an irregular linear grid. Small circular metal rosettes accent the intersections, creating an architectural, almost modernist quality.
The combination of the slender timber frame, unusual panel construction and restrained detailing gives the piece a particularly elegant mid-century / Scandinavian modern feel. At 140 × 60 cm it is a substantial decorative mirror while remaining narrow enough for a bedroom, hallway or dressing area.
The mirror retains attractive signs of age, including visible silvering/oxidation along some of the panel edges and joints. There are also minor marks and wear to the wooden frame consistent with vintage use. These have been left untouched and contribute to the character of the piece.
