Sculptural ceramic table lamp — Michael Andersen & Søn, Bornholm (model 5063, 1940s–50s)

DKK 1,800.00

A rare and sculptural lamp by Michael Andersen & Søn, Bornholm. Originally created as a large floor vase (model 5063), later thoughtfully converted into a lamp — preserving the integrity and rhythm of the original form.

The organic, oval body is defined by hand-drawn relief lines that move gently across the surface, creating a quiet sense of movement. The glaze is a soft, warm white with fine crackling, giving depth and a subtle, living texture when the light falls.

Its sculptural presence evokes the quiet luxury of boutique hotel interiors — calm, tactile, and effortlessly refined. A piece that feels both architectural and atmospheric, equally strong as an object and as a source of light.
