This is a stunning, fully handcrafted ceramic chess set from Denmark, likely created during the mid-20th century. The set is housed in its original box, labeled in Danish: “Farfar Skak Modeller DIV”, which translates roughly to “Grandfather’s Chess Models – DIV”
