1940s HAK Kähler Table Lamp – Danish Stoneware
A finely crafted, hand-thrown stoneware table lamp from the Herman A. Kähler workshop, Næstved, Denmark.
The lamp is hand-thrown in red clay with incised geometric decoration and finished with a transparent glaze that reveals the rich tone and texture of the underlying stoneware.
The piece bears the incised HAK monogram and “Danmark” stamp to the underside, denoting its origin at one of Denmark’s most esteemed ceramic workshops.
Fitted with period-appropriate brown cord and bakelite-style socket. The lamp is in full working condition.
